s 61 Summary disposal of charges for offences not specified in First Schedule
61.—(1) A charge made against any person subject to military law in respect of any offence that is not specified in the First Schedule must not be dealt with summarily under the provisions of this Part.[Act 25 of 2023 wef 01/12/2023]
(2) The Armed Forces Council may by order amend or vary the First Schedule.[Act 25 of 2023 wef 01/12/2023]
