s 66 Dismissal of charges
66.—(1) A disciplinary officer must not dismiss a charge unless he or she is satisfied —(a)
that the charge is groundless; or
(b)
that there are special circumstances which justify its dismissal.
(1A) A disciplinary officer must dismiss a charge if the charge relates to an offence that has been compounded under section 79A.[Act 24 of 2022 wef 28/10/2022]
(2) A disciplinary officer must record the reasons for the dismissal of a charge.[Act 24 of 2022 wef 28/10/2022]
