s 7 Powers of Senate

7.—(1) The Senate may perform all such functions and exercise all such powers of the Academy as it thinks fit. (2) The Senate may on behalf of the Academy accept by way of grant, gift, testamentary disposition or otherwise, property and moneys in aid of the finances of the Academy on any conditions that the Senate may determine.
