s 18 Powers of General Division
18.—(1) The General Division has the powers that are vested in it by any written law for the time being in force in Singapore.[40/2019]
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the General Division has the powers set out in the First Schedule.[40/2019]
(3) The powers mentioned in subsection (2) are to be exercised in accordance with any written law, Rules of Court or Family Justice Rules relating to them.[27/2014]
