s 18M Representation by foreign lawyers and law experts

18M. A party to a case in the Singapore International Commercial Court, or to an appeal from that Court, may in accordance with the Rules of Court be represented by a foreign lawyer or law expert who is registered in accordance with Part 4B of the Legal Profession Act 1966.[42/2014; 22/2018]
