51.—(1) A decision of the Court of Appeal is to be made in accordance with the opinion of the majority of the Judges hearing the case.[40/2019] (2) An appeal or application to the Court of Appeal is to be dismissed if the Judges hearing the appeal or application are evenly divided.[40/2019]
