s 60C Appeal not to operate as stay of execution or enforcement
60C.—(1) An appeal to the Court of Appeal does not operate as a stay of execution or enforcement or of proceedings under the decision appealed against, unless the court whose decision is appealed against or the Court of Appeal so orders.[40/2019]
