s 41 Setting aside of order
41.—(1) Any order of —(a)
the tribunal made under section 25(3), 29(a)(i) or 35(1) read with section 29(a)(ii) or (b);
(b)
the Registrar made under section 17(9), 18(3) or 20(5),
may, on the application of a person aggrieved by that order, be set aside by the tribunal and the tribunal may make such further order as it thinks just.

(2) An application under subsection (1) must be made within one month after the date on which the order was made or such further period as the tribunal may allow.
