s 60H Rules

60H.—(1) The Minister may make rules —(a) to prescribe anything that is authorised to be prescribed under this Part; and (b) to provide that any electronic record of a particular description is an electronic record that is evidence of or that signifies a particular transaction or matter for the purposes of section 60A(2).[37/2018] (2)
