s 47AA Application of this Part

47AA. This Part does not apply if the temporary possession of premises taken under section 44 is necessitated on account of the failure of an owner or occupier to comply with a notice mentioned in section 26, 33 or 41.[Act 38 of 2024 wef 01/03/2025]
