s 21 Annual report
21.—(1) The Agency must, as soon as practicable after the end of each financial year, cause to be prepared and transmitted to the Minister an annual report dealing generally with its administration of the Fund during the preceding financial year and containing such information relating to the proceedings and policy of the Agency in relation to its administration of the Fund as the Minister may, from time to time, direct. (2) The annual report for any financial year must set out any directions given by the Minister under section 19 and must contain a report of any action taken by the Agency during that financial year consequent on the directions. (3) The Minister must as soon as practicable cause a copy of every such report to be presented to Parliament. (4) Despite subsection (1), the Minister may at any time request the Agency to provide the Minister with any information concerning any matter relating to the administration of the Fund by the Agency, and the Agency must provide the Minister with the information required, and give the Minister or the Minister’s representative all necessary facilities for the verification of the information required.[Act 4 of 2023 wef 15/06/2023]
