s 10A Persons to whom directions may be given
10A. The Director‑General may give a direction under this Part to all or any of the following, individually or as a class:(a) a licensee; (b) a proprietor of a food business or food premises, if not a licensee; (c) an importer of any food or food contact article; (d) an exporter of any food or food contact article; (e) a manufacturer of any food contact article; (f) a person carrying on a business of selling or supplying (by wholesale or retail) any food contact article; (g) a person in control of, or reasonably appearing to be in control of, food or any thing that may become food.[48/2017; 11/2019]
