s 19 Excluded matters
19.—(1) Part 2 does not affect any immunity or privilege applicable in Singapore to diplomatic and consular agents, and section 8(1) does not apply to proceedings concerning a State’s title to or its possession of property used for the purposes of a diplomatic mission. (2) Part 2 does not apply to —(a) proceedings relating to anything done by or in relation to the armed forces of a State while present in Singapore and, in particular, has effect subject to the Visiting Forces Act 1960; (b) criminal proceedings; and (c) proceedings relating to taxation other than those mentioned in section 13.
