s 28 Fees to be paid to Authority
28.—(1) All fees collected in connection with any service provided by the Commissioner of Lands or Collector under this Act or any rules made under this Act must be paid into the funds of the Authority.[17/2001]
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to any premium, rents or any other consideration paid to the Commissioner of Lands or Collector in exchange for any rights or interest in land which must be paid into the Consolidated Fund.[19A
