s 12 Use of common seal
12. The common seal of the Board must be in the custody of the Principal and must not be affixed to any instrument, other than diplomas or academic certificates, except in the presence of the Chairperson or a member of the Board, and the Principal, nor until the Chairperson or the member of the Board, and the Principal, have signed their names to the instrument in token of their presence.
