s 42 Protection from personal liability
42.—(1) No liability shall lie against any member, any committee member, the Chief Executive or any employee, officer, delegate or subdelegate of the Agency, inspector, or other person acting under the direction of the Agency, for anything which is done or purported to be done, or omitted to be done, in good faith and with reasonable care in —(a) the exercise or purported exercise of any power under this Act or any other Act; or[Act 3 of 2023 wef 15/06/2023] (b) the performance or purported performance of any function under this Act or any other Act.[Act 3 of 2023 wef 15/06/2023] [Act 3 of 2023 wef 15/06/2023] (2) In this section, “inspector” means an inspector appointed under section 56B(2), section 14A(2) of the Skills Development Levy Act 1979 or section 29(1) of the Private Education Act 2009.[Act 3 of 2023 wef 15/06/2023]
