s 11 Transfer to Council of undertakings
11.—(1) On 1 October 1973, all movable and immovable property vested in the National Sports Promotion Board or the National Stadium Corporation are vested in the Council without conveyance, transfer or assignment. (2) All rights, privileges, obligations and liabilities which immediately before 1 October 1973 were held, enjoyed or incurred by the National Sports Promotion Board or the National Stadium Corporation are deemed to be the rights, privileges, obligations and liabilities of the Council. (3) Where anything has been commenced by the National Sports Promotion Board or the National Stadium Corporation prior to 1 October 1973, that thing may be carried on and completed by the Council.
