s 12 Secondment and transfer of Government employees
12.—(1) Every individual in the service of the Government who immediately before 1 October 1973 was seconded to the National Sports Promotion Board or the National Stadium Corporation is deemed to be seconded to the service of the Council on the same terms and conditions as those governing his or her secondment to the National Sports Promotion Board or the National Stadium Corporation, as the case may be.[Act 4 of 2026 wef 01/04/2026] (2) Every individual mentioned in subsection (1) may be transferred to the service of the Council on such terms and conditions of service as may be agreed upon between the Government, the Council and the officer concerned.[Act 4 of 2026 wef 01/04/2026]
