s 13 Transfer of non-Government employees
13. Every individual who immediately before 1 October 1973 was employed by the National Sports Promotion Board or the National Stadium Corporation is deemed without further appointment to be employed by the Council on the same terms and conditions as those governing his or her employment by the National Sports Promotion Board or the National Stadium Corporation, as the case may be.[Act 4 of 2026 wef 01/04/2026]
