s 2 Interpretation
2. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires —“Board” means the Board of Trustees of the university company mentioned in its constituent documents;
“constituent documents”, in relation to the university company, means the memorandum of association and articles of association of the university company;
“university company” means the company limited by guarantee incorporated under the Companies Act 1967 on 14 April 2005 under the name “SIM University”, which is renamed “Singapore University of Social Sciences” on 17 March 2017.
