s 5 Duties of Board

5. It is the duty of the Board to establish and maintain a Science Centre for the purpose of —(a) exhibiting objects illustrative of the physical sciences, life sciences, applied sciences, technology and industry; and (b) promoting the dissemination of knowledge in science and technology.
