s 29 Exemption from distress and attachment, etc.
29.—(1) The installation or plant used for telecommunications of a public telecommunication licensee shall not be subject to distress or be liable to be taken under or pursuant to an enforcement order under any process of a court in any bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings against any person without the Minister’s prior written approval.[Act 25 of 2021 wef 01/04/2022] (2) Every installation or plant used for telecommunications placed under, over, along, across, in or upon any property by a public telecommunication licensee remains the property of the licensee concerned whether or not it has become in whole or in part a fixture.[25
