s 63 Fraudulent use of telecommunication service

63. Any person who dishonestly uses or permits another person to use any telecommunication service provided by a telecommunication licensee with intent to avoid payment of any charge applicable to the provision of that service shall be guilty of an offence.[43 [10/2005]
