s 56 Grants

56. For the purposes of enabling a Town Council to carry out its functions under this Act or any other Act, the Minister may from time to time make grants‑in‑aid to the Town Council of such sums of money and subject to such conditions as the Minister may determine out of moneys to be provided by Parliament.
