s 76 Board’s liability for repairs, etc.

76. The Board is not liable in respect of any action, claim or proceedings arising out of any —(a) repairs, maintenance, improvements or other works carried out by a Town Council or its agents to the common property of the residential and commercial property in the housing estates within the Town; or (b) charges paid to a Town Council by any person under this Act to meet the costs of such repairs, maintenance, improvements or other works.
