s 43 Exclusive licences
43.—(1) In this Act, an “exclusive licence” means a licence (whether general or limited) authorising the licensee to the exclusion of all other persons, including the person granting the licence, to use a registered trade mark in the manner authorised by the licence, and the expression “exclusive licensee” is to be construed accordingly.
(2) Section 42 applies, with the necessary modifications, to an exclusive licence.
