s 77 Fees
77.—(1) There must be paid in respect of applications and registration and other matters under this Act such fees as may be prescribed.
(2) The Minister may make rules as to the remission of fees in the prescribed circumstances.
(3) All fees collected must be paid into the funds of the Office.
(4) Subsection (3) does not apply to fees prescribed in rules made under section 54(2)(g) which are to be forwarded to the International Bureau.
