s 45 Acts of unlawful interference
45. If, in the course of an investigation of a transport occurrence, it becomes known or is suspected that an act of unlawful interference was associated with or involved in the occurrence, the investigator must, after consulting the Director and the Minister —(a)
immediately inform the Commissioner of Police; and
(b)
take steps to ensure that the appropriate foreign authorities concerned are informed of the fact.
