s 19B Import of Part 3A product containing specified psychoactive substance
19B.—(1) Except as authorised by this Act, a person commits an offence if the person imports into Singapore any Part 3A product that contains a specified psychoactive substance.
(2) A person who is guilty of an offence under subsection (1) shall on conviction be punished with —(a)
imprisonment for a term of not less than 3 years and not more than 20 years; and
(b)
not less than 5 strokes and not more than 15 strokes of the cane.[Act 9 of 2026 wef 01/05/2026]
