s 19C Sale, etc., of Part 3A product containing specified psychoactive substance
19C.—(1) Except as authorised by this Act, a person commits an offence if the person —(a) sells or gives in Singapore, or transports, sends, delivers or distributes within Singapore, any Part 3A product that contains a specified psychoactive substance; (b) offers to do any act mentioned in paragraph (a); or (c) possesses in Singapore any Part 3A product that contains a specified psychoactive substance for the purpose of doing any act mentioned in paragraph (a). (2) A person who is guilty of an offence under subsection (1) shall on conviction be punished with —(a) imprisonment for a term of not less than 2 years and not more than 10 years; and (b) not less than 2 strokes and not more than 5 strokes of the cane.[Act 9 of 2026 wef 01/05/2026]
