(5) When any part of the park or ground has been set apart by the local authority for the purpose of cricket, football or any other game or recreation, under paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of the principal section, the local authority may charge reasonable sums for the use thereof for that purpose. (6) Part VI. of the Public Health Acts Amendment Act 1907, shall have effect as if the powers given to local authorities by this section were included amongst the powers given to local authorities by the principal section.
