(1) Section 3 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (c. 29) (accreditation and training) is amended as follows. (2) In subsection (1)— (a) for “Director” substitute “ National Policing Improvement Agency ” ; and (b) for “establish” substitute “ provide ” . (3) Omit subsection (6). (4) In subsection (7) for “Director” substitute “ National Policing Improvement Agency ” . (5) Omit subsection (8).
