These Regulations may be cited as the Jurors' (Coroners' Courts) Allowances (Amendment) Regulations 1975 and shall come into operation on 29th December 1975.

The Jurors' (Coroners' Courts) Allowances (Amendment) Regulations 1975 (S.I. 1975/2068)
These Regulations increase the maximum rates of certain allowances payable in respect of jury service in a coroner's court. The allowances increased are—

In Regulation 7(2) of the Jurors' (Coroners' Courts) Allowances Regulations 1975 for the words “£3·35” and “£6·70” there shall be substituted the words “£4” and “£8” respectively.
Paragraph 3 of Schedule 2 to the said Regulations shall be amended as follows:—
(a) in sub-paragraph (a)(i), (ii) and (iii) for the words “1·8p” , “2·3p” and “3·1p” there shall be substituted the words “2·2p” , “2·7p” and “3·8p” respectively and for the words “244 c.c.” in both places where they occur there shall be substituted the words “245 c.c.” ;
(b) in sub-paragraph (a)(iv) for the words “3·1p” and “3·9p” there shall be substituted the words “4·1p” and “4·7p” respectively;
(c) in sub-paragraph (b) for the words “3·1p” , “6·5p” , “7·8p” and “8·5p” there shall be substituted the words “4·1p” , “7·9p” , “9·4p” and “10·2p” respectively.
