Section 1 Citation and commencement

These regulations may be cited as the Medicines (Data Sheet) Amendment Regulations 1981 and shall come into operation on 14th December 1981.

Section 2 Amendment to the Medicines (Data Sheet) Regulations 1972

The Medicines (Data Sheet) Regulations 1972 shall be amended as follows—

(a) in regulation 2(3) the word “dimensions” shall be omitted;

(b) in regulation 2(4) the word “dimensions” shall be omitted where it first occurs; and

(c) in Part II of Schedule 1 (data sheet compendium requirements) the entry “DIMENSIONS A5 paper” shall be omitted.
