The Medicines (Contact Lens Fluids and Other Substances) (Labelling) Amendment Regulations 1981 (S.I. 1981/1689)
These Regulations amend the temporary and transitional provisions of the Medicines (Contact Lens Fluids and Other Substances) (Labelling) Regulations 1979. The latter regulations are amended so that the requirements which they impose will come into effect on 1st January 1985 in relation to persons transitionally exempted under the Medicines Act 1968 from holding a product licence or a manufacturer's licence, on 1st July 1985 in relation to wholesalers and on 1st January 1986 in relation to retailers.
