These Regulations may be cited as the Passenger and Goods Vehicles (Recording Equipment) (Approval of Fitters and Workshops) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1988 and shall come into force on 20th December 1988.

The Passenger and Goods Vehicles (Recording Equipment) (Approval of Fitters and Workshops) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1988 (S.I. 1988/2043)
These Regulations amend the Passenger and Goods Vehicles (Recording Equipment) (Approval of Fitters and Workshops) (Fees) Regulations 1986 to increase the fees for the approval of fitters or workshops for the installation or repair of recording equipment (Tachographs).

In regulation 3 of the Passenger and Good Vehicles (Recording Equipment) (Approval of Fitters and Workshops) (Fees) Regulations 1986 for “£200” there shall be substituted “£225” and for “£80” there shall be substituted “£90”.
