Section 1Citation, extent and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Tuberculosis (Scotland) (Amendment) Order 1990, shall apply to Scotland only and shall come into force on 15th October 1990.

Section 2Amendment of the Tuberculosis (Scotland) Order 1984

The Tuberculosis (Scotland) Order 1984 shall be amended by omitting article 16 (identification of bovine animals), article 17 (restriction on the movement or sale of unidentified bovine animals) and article 18 (marking of bovine animals).
