This Order may be cited as the East Glamorgan National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 31st December 1997.

The East Glamorgan National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1997 (S.I. 1997/2652)
This Order transfers to the East Glamorgan National Health Service Trust on 31st December 1997 trust property formerly held by Rhondda Health Care National Health Service Trust. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained from the Welsh Office, HFM3, New Crown Building, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF1 3NQ.

On 31st December 1997 the items of trust property specified in a schedule dated 30th June 1997 prepared by and agreed upon by the Rhondda Health Care National Health Service Trust and the East Glamorgan National Health Service Trust shall transfer from the Rhondda Health Care National Health Service Trust to the East Glamorgan National Health Service Trust.
