Section 1Citation and commencement

This order may be cited as the North East London Education Association (Dissolution) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 15th December 2000.

Section 2Citation and commencement

The North East London Education Association shall be dissolved on 20th December 2000 (“the dissolution date”).

Section 3Citation and commencement

All property, rights and liabilities of the North East London Education Association shall on the dissolution date be transferred to, and by virtue of this article vest in, the Secretary of State for Education and Employment.
