Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Caribbean Territories (Control of Gold, Securities, Payments and Credits: Kuwait and Republic of Iraq) Revocation Order 2000.

(2) This Order shall come into force on 14th December 2000.

Section 2Extent of Order

(1) This Order extends to the following territories—
Anguilla
British Virgin Islands
Cayman Islands
Montserrat
Turks and Caicos Islands.

Section 3Revocation

The Caribbean Territories (Control of Gold, Securities, Payments and Credits: Kuwait and Republic of Iraq) 1990 Order is revoked.
