(1) This Order may be cited as the Education (Listed Bodies) (England) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 22nd December 2000.
(2) This Order extends to England only .

The Education (Listed Bodies) (England) Order 2000 (S.I. 2000/3332)
This Order lists the name of each body which is not a recognised body within section 214(2)(a) or (b) of the Education Reform Act 1988 but which either—provides any course which is in preparation for a degree to be granted by such a recognised body and is approved by or on behalf of that body; oris a constituent college, school, hall or other institution of a university which is such a recognised body.

The bodies which are specified in the Schedule to this Order comprise all those bodies which appear to the Secretary of State to fall within section 216(3) of the Education Reform Act 1988.
The Education (Listed Bodies) Order 1999 is hereby revoked.
