This Order may be cited as the Education (Chief Inspector of Schools in England) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 31st March 2002.

This Order appoints David Robert Bell to be Her Majestyβs Chief Inspector of Schools in England for the period from 1st May 2002 to 30th April 2007.
