Section 1Citation and commencement

This order may be cited as the Port of Larne (Pilotage Functions) Order 2002 and shall come into force on 31st December 2002.

Section 2Application of the Pilotage Act 1987

Larne Harbour Limited shall be a competent harbour authority for the purposes of the Pilotage Act 1987.
