(1) This Order may be cited as the Education (Listed Bodies) (England) Order 2010 and comes into force on 30th November 2010.
(2) This Order only applies in relation to England .
(3) The following Orders are revoked—
(a) the Education (Listed Bodies) (England) Order 2007 ; and
(b) the Education (Listed Bodies) (England) (Amendment) Order 2008 .

The Education (Listed Bodies) (England) Order 2010 (S.I. 2010/2614)
This Order lists the name of every body which is not a recognised body within section 216(4) of the Education Reform Act 1988 (the “1988” Act) but which appears to the Secretary of State either–to provide a course which is in preparation for a degree to be granted by such a recognised body and is approved by or on behalf of that body; orto be a constituent college, school, hall or other institution of a university which is such a recognised body.

The bodies listed in the Schedule appear to the Secretary of State to fall, for the time being, within section 216(3) of the Education Reform Act 1988.
