Section 1Citation and Commencement
This Order may be cited as the Safety of Sports Grounds (Designation) (No.5) Order 2011 and shall come into force on 23rd December 2011.

Section 2Designation
The sports ground specified in the Schedule to this Order (being a sports ground which in the opinion of the Secretary of State has accommodation for more than 10,000 spectators) is designated as a sports ground requiring a safety certificate under the Safety of Sports Grounds Act 1975.
