(1) The Contracting Out (Local Authorities Social Services Functions) (England) Order 2011 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 2 at the end of the definition of βadult social work practice pilot schemeβ insert βand includes a scheme which is extended by a local authority pursuant to the letter of the Secretary of State for Health dated 12th October 2012β .
(3) In article 4(2) for βCommunity Care Services: Disabled Peopleβs Choice and Control (Pilot Scheme) (England) Directions 2010 (βthe 2010 Directions β)β substitute βCommunity Care Services: Disabled Peopleβs Choice and Control (Pilot Scheme) (England) Directions 2012 (βthe 2012 Directions β)β .
(4) In article 4(3)(a) for β2010β substitute β2012β.
