Section 1Title and commencement

This Order is called the Undersized Whiting (Revocation) (Wales) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 1st June 2001.

Section 2Revocation

The Undersized Whiting Order 1992 is hereby revoked in relation to Wales as defined in section 155(1) of the Government of Wales Act 1998 .
