Section 1Citation and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Carers and Disabled Children Act 2000 (Commencement No. 1) (Wales) Order 2001.

(2) In this Order “ the Act ” means the Carers and Disabled Children Act 2000.

Section 2Appointed Day

The day appointed for the coming into force of the provisions of the Act specified in the Schedule to this Order is 1st July 2001.
