This Order may be cited as the National Assembly for Wales (Elections : Nomination Papers) (Welsh Form) Order 2001 and shall come into force on 16th August 2001.

The National Assembly for Wales (Elections: Nomination Papers) (Welsh Form) Order 2001
(1) “Annibynnol” is hereby prescribed as the form of words in Welsh for the word “Independent” which is specified by section 22(3)(a)(i) of the Political Parties, Elections and Referendums Act 2000 .
(2) The form of words in Welsh which is prescribed by paragraph (1) may be used as well as or in place of the equivalent word in English at an election to the National Assembly for Wales.
