Section 1Title, commencement and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) (Amendment) (Wales) Order 2001 and shall come into force at 5.00 p.m. on 1st March 2001.

(2) This Order shall apply to Wales only.

Section 2Amendments to the Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) Order 1978

The Diseases of Animals (Approved Disinfectants) Order 1978 (“the 1978 Order”) shall be amended by adding the entries listed in the Schedule to this Order to Schedule 1 to the 1978 Order.
